The client operates more than 20 luxury holiday cottages set in beautiful natural environments of France, The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

The Backstory

Operating more leisure locations within a group can be challenging. Seasonality is one of the major difficulties that hotel managers have to overcome in order to keep the occupation rate of the facilities above the desired levels. Offers have to be tailored in ways to have an effect on the otherwise very inflexible demand for holiday packages.

The Challenge

The be able make holiday packages that appeal to their potential visitors, hotel managers have to know in detail the profile of their customers. But more that raw data, decision makers need information.
