About the role

We know that most companies like to stick their nose in their people’s business and middle managers love micromanagement. But that’s not how we do business. Quite the opposite, we tend to work best with critical thinkers who don’t need step-by-step guidance. In fact, proactivity is one of the most sought-after qualities in Qubiz. So, feel free to take the initiative, suggest better solutions, and disagree if you have arguments to back up your idea. We also see communication and leadership skills as the bedrock of this role. Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of .NET experience (C#);
• Solid knowledge of databases (preferable MS SQL);
• Solid knowledge of OOP, design patterns;
• Experience with front-end (React/Angular) is a plus
• Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, ADO.NET;
• Experience with Web APIs (WEB API);
• Experience with source control tools (GIT, TFS);
• Experience with Domain Driven Design, Event Sourcing, CQRS  is considered a plus
• Involvement in application Design and Architecture;
• Experience with Cloud (Azure is a plus, but we are not dismissing AWS);
• Previous experience with Azure is a plus (Service bus, Table storage, Azure SQL, App Services);
• Passion for programming and for self-development;
• Team player with good communication skills;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken);
• Open to travel short-term (approx 1 to 3 weeks/ year).
