What will you do in this role?

  • Act as a role model for all team members
  • Facilitate/manage teams in a way that ensures high-quality delivery
  • Facilitate communication in a distributed team
  • Make sure team motivation is in place
  • Ensure requirements, assumptions, constraints, dependencies and acceptance criteria are clear for the entire team, including customer representatives
  • Monitor impediments, issues and ensures that they are closed
  • Maintain measurements in the team
  • Ensure that the right plans are in place
  • Monitor execution (resources, sprints, daily meetings)
  • Ensure best practices are applied (development, QA, DevOps, configuration management)
  • Review project status with team members, management and stakeholders
  • Be active in presales activities for new customers
  • Identify new opportunities for existing customers

Job requirements

  • Similar responsibilities in a previous job with an IT Services company
  • Software development experience (preferably with Java or C# background)
  • Experience with SCRUM and/or any other Project Management methodology
  • Ability to write requirements and to transfer them to the development team
  • Ability to understand different personality profiles and act accordingly
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • Very good communication skills
  • Fluency in both Romanian and English
