Qubiz (the “Company”) is committed to maintaining a solid privacy protection for all its users. The following “Privacy policy” is designed to help you understand how we collect, use and protect the information your provide us.

The terms “we”, “us”, “our” refer to the company, its affiliates and subsidiaries. “You” refers to you, as a user of the website.

By using our website, you agree to our privacy policy and data collection process as described in this document. If you disagree, please stop using our website.

Also, this Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through our website. It does not apply to information collected offline or through other online channels.

2. What information we collect

We collect “Non-personally identifying information”and “Personal data”.

Non-personally identifying information consists of information that cannot be used to identify you as an individual, such as anonymous website use data, standard traffic data, general demographic information, and preferences you may submit. This information will never be associated with personally identifiable information and is collected via cookies.

Personal data consists of information that can be used to identify you as an individual. We collect personal data in the following situations:

3. Why we collect the data and how we use it

We collect the information in order to:

  • Reply to and communicate with people who submit contact forms on our website, whether they submit business or recruiting queries
  • Communicate with potential candidates who send their resumes via the email address on the website
  • Communicate further information about Qubiz via our newsletter. This is sent via Mailchimp and recipients can easily unsubscribe from it at any point by clicking the Unsubscribe link in one of the emails or by sending a request at
  • To track and analyze standard website traffic, traffic trends and user behavior on the website.
  • To improve and customize the user experience on our website

4. How we protect the information

We will take all the appropriate security measures to protect both non-personally identifiable and personally identifiable data inside the company. Whether it’s data concerning business or recruiting queries, all personal data is stored in the cloud, in secure databases for up to 3 years after the initial contact.

Additionally, from time to time, we’ll clean and update our databases and ask for consent in order to keep personal details. If no explicit answer is provided regarding consent, we will delete those personal details from our database.

Non-personally identifying information
We use Google Analytics to collect non-personally identifying information. Consequently, this is stored by Google in data centers distributed geographically. To improve our website experience and in order to be able to analyze traffic trends over a long period of time, we store this data for an indefinite amount of time.

5. Who has access to this information

  • Authorized members of our company and our trusted business partners. Our HR department handles recruiting messages, while business inquiries will be shared with members that have sales and business development responsibilities.
  • Potential service contractors that need the information in order to complete their assignments. This refers especially to non-personally identifiable information but may include personal data as well.
  • Third party providers whose services we use: Mailchimp and Microsoft Dynamics. We use Mailchimp in order to send newsletters about company news, open positions, and upcoming events. Consequently, the platform has access to your name and email address. Also, in order to manage business inquiries easily, we use Microsoft Dynamics as a customer relationship management platform.

6. Your rights

Qubiz respects user’s rights regarding data collection and processing. Consequently, you, as an user, are entitled to:

  • Be informed about what data we collect, why we collect it and how we use it.
  • Ask us to share with you the date we have about you
  • Ask us to correct, update, block or delete data which does not have a lawful basis for processing
  • Ask us to delete your personal data
  • Ask us to stop sending you our company newsletter
  • Object, at any time, for legitimate reasons to our data processing
  • Any other right provided by the General Data Protection Regulation
