      Challenge

      Carradale Futures offers strategy and transformation advisory services to healthcare providers. The startup has had a remarkable journey since 2017.

      Previously, Carradale Futures clients used to track standardised operating procedures (SOPs) through PDF files, on SharePoint, stored in local drives, with no global access. To help them scale their operations and gain more clients, we designed SOPHIA, a user-friendly application that aims to improve clinical standards and operational efficiency.

      With our help, Carradale brought their vision to life. They now have an effective and scalable solution and were able to add new clients in the UK, enter the Australian market, and plan to expand worldwide.

      Previously, the company only offered consultancy services. Now, they also offer a solution that helps reduce variations in healthcare and raises the quality of services provided. Notable results include:

      • More than 40 healthcare organizations and 950 platform users
      • Around 15,700 SOPs were executed, and more than 2,000 SOP templates
