The Vorarlberger Landes-Versicherung VaG is the largest mutual insurance company in Vorarlberg, founded in 1921. Years ago, the company still used decades-old systems to manage insurance claims, slowing down its operations.
Solution
VLV partnered with Qubiz to replace legacy systems with responsive applications for each major business process. This resulted in more effective processes, as each insurance task can be done online with minimal offline input. EMS’s mission is to provide efficiency in the modern-day insurance market. They wanted to offer insurers and brokers an easy solution for damage reporting. However, their product was not scalable and didn’t have the necessary third-party integrations.
Solution
The Claimsengine® is an end-to-end claims management solution, able to make decisions for payment, repairs or automatic rejection. We provided cloud migration, third-party API integrations of tools for evaluating damages and developed a scoring system based on user behaviour metrics.
