      We're looking for a data-driven Campaign Manager to lead Qubiz’s demand generation across key industries.       Key Responsibilities

      Campaign Strategy & Planning

      • Translate business and vertical goals into campaign plans and audience targeting
      • Define and maintain a structured campaign calendar aligned with the sales pipeline
      • Coordinate with the Marketing Lead to prioritize verticals, offers, and messaging

      Execution & Coordination

      • Manage the setup, execution, and monitoring of paid media campaigns (primarily LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads)
      • Collaborate with content, design, and video teams to deliver assets needed for campaigns
      • Own the campaign launch process end-to-end, ensuring clarity, timeliness, and alignment

      Lead Nurturing & Funnel Support

      • Work with the HubSpot owner to build email flows and lead nurturing sequences tied to campaign objectives
      • Monitor key funnel metrics (CPC, CPL, MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates) and propose optimizations

      Performance & Optimization

      • Continuously analyze performance and identify levers to improve targeting, messaging, and creative
      • Report campaign outcomes and learning to internal stakeholders with clarity and consistency

      Requirements

      • 3+ years of experience running B2B marketing campaigns, with measurable impact on lead generation
      • Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and/or Google Ads
      • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CRM workflows
      • Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns, coordinate teams, and meet deadlines
      • Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting performance metrics and conversion data
      • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing several priorities in parallel
      • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
