Challenge
A large social care NGO and long-term partner needed to increase social workers' time caring for clients instead of doing administrative tasks. They also needed a way to handle inconsistent client progress evaluations and inefficient goal setting.
Solution
Having developed the application their employees use daily in client meetings, Qubiz proposed an AI assistant solution to replace manual note-taking by transcribing voice recordings and automatically adding information to appropriate locations in the client record. The assistant also reformulates social care goals according to SMART principles and uses an LLM to enable faster and more consistent evaluations.
Result
Our collaboration reduced the administrative workload for 7K care workers, enabling them to deliver excellent care for 18K people in need.
