Content Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Content Marketing Specialist to help Qubiz grow its presence in key verticals like Healthcare. You’ll collaborate with marketing, delivery, and business development to create content that drives lead generation, brand positioning, and campaigns. This role suits someone with strong writing skills and a solid grasp of B2B tech buyer journeys.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Contribute to the content calendar, aligned with strategic campaigns, verticals, and business goals
  • Participate in topic selection and positioning for lead magnets, case studies, landing pages, and blog articles
  • Identify content gaps and propose new assets to support awareness and conversion
  • Take ownership of the Qubiz collaterals portal, ensuring case studies, tailored presentations, and other reusable assets are kept up to date and aligned with positioning

Content Creation & Development

  • Write and edit a variety of content formats: whitepapers, blog articles, landing pages, case studies, campaign copy, and email sequences
  • Work closely with subject matter experts across delivery, technical, and commercial teams to extract relevant insights and transform them into engaging content
  • Ensure all content aligns with Qubiz’s brand voice, tone, and messaging
  • Update and improve web content based on new campaigns, messaging priorities, and performance data

Content Distribution & Performance

  • Collaborate with campaign managers and HubSpot owners to publish and promote content across relevant channels
  • Track and report on content performance metrics (views, engagement, conversions) and adjust approach accordingly
  • Ensure all content is optimized for digital visibility and lead generation

SEO & Messaging Consistency

  • Implement and evolve SEO best practices for B2B content, including topic clusters, keyword strategy, and on-page optimization
  • Maintain consistency in editorial standards, brand tone, and message hierarchy across all content touchpoints

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B content marketing, digital marketing, or editorial roles
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English, with the ability to adapt tone for different formats and audiences
  • Experience creating content across the entire marketing funnel (awareness to conversion)
  • Strong understanding of SEO in a B2B context, including content structure, keyword strategy, and optimization techniques
  • Comfortable collaborating with technical teams and transforming complex information into compelling narratives
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
