A large social care organisation needed to increase the time social workers spend caring for clients instead of administrative tasks, such as transcribing client meeting notes and goal setting.
Solution
Having developed the application their employees use daily in client meetings, Qubiz proposed a tailored solution for reducing their workload. The team has a deep understanding of their workings and usage patterns, which allowed them to build an AI assistant to reduce administrative bottlenecks. Most notably, the speech-to-text feature integrated into the EHR has vastly reduced reporting workload.
