About the role

Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and Azure environments
- Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) preferably using Terraform, experience with Bicep is also welcomed
- Strong knowledge of Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) principles, software engineering, and DevOps practices
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as .NET, Python, PowerShell, or Azure CLI
- Deep understanding of Azure cloud platform and services (Compute, Networking, Storage, Security)
- Strong expertise in designing, implementing, and continuously improving CI/CD strategies and pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar)
- Strong grasp of network protocols, web application security, VPN solutions, and secure coding practices
- Proven experience with monitoring and logging solutions (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, or equivalent)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Experience managing medium-sized projects with cross-functional teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Customer-focused mindset with experience in client-facing roles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Business-level fluency in English
Nice to have
- Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-400, AZ-500, or AZ-305)
- Experience with additional cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
- Experience with GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Bitbucket Pipelines, or Jenkins
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes)
