We're looking for an experienced UX designer who enjoys getting to the bottom of things. Someone who's curious about how businesses work, asks good questions, and cares about the people who will actually use what they design.
You should find satisfaction in creating solutions that don't just work, but are clear, elegant, and as simple as the problem allows.
We build software for different businesses and domains, mostly B2B and B2B2C products. That means there's always something new to learn: a new industry, a new workflow, a new problem to make sense of.
You'll be working on varied and challenging projects, with friendly colleagues, in a refreshingly low-BS culture. There's a lot of trust, people tend to speak openly, and there's very little appetite for company politics, games or gossip.
You'll collaborate with clients, product owners, developers, and fellow designers to understand problems and explore solutions. Sometimes you'll start with a clear brief. Other times, the first challenge will be figuring out what the real problem is. A request for a feature is a starting point, not necessarily the answer.
Your work will cover research, flows, concepts, prototypes, detailed interfaces, feedback and iteration. You'll also stay involved during implementation - because a design isn't finished just because the Figma file is.
