We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in delivering solutions that transform healthcare processes and improve outcomes for our clients.
Your Role
As a Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions. You will work with healthcare organisations to understand their challenges, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements;
- Analyse healthcare processes and identify areas for improvement or digitalisation;
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for the development team;
- Support the implementation of healthcare solutions, ensuring they align with client objectives;
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure clarity and alignment;
- Provide ongoing support and recommendations for process optimisation;
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and thought leadership in healthcare innovation.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in the healthcare sector or IT consultancy;
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge of healthcare processes, regulations, or IT systems is a plus;
- Languages: Fluency in Dutch and English is required; German is a bonus;
- A proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
