We advance how The Care Hub's original on-premises product evolves into a scalable, cloud-native platform — making the transition reliable, strategic, and commercially meaningful. The work centres on defining the target architecture, prioritising the roadmap, and de-risking each phase of delivery. Administrators can now configure service packages, pricing, and locations with ease, while the platform supports multiple organisations and regions from a single deployment.
Multi-tenant, multi-region foundation
We design a multi-tenant SaaS platform on Microsoft Azure that supports multiple organisations across different regions, each operating with its own configuration under one unified system. We establish the QA, testing, and CI/CD practices needed for continuous delivery, reinforcing the structural foundation the rest of the product depends on — giving The Care Hub greater confidence to expand across Europe.
