      Post-Covid, Aviclaim saw a major growth period. Due to the high volume of work, potential customers had to wait days for a response. Their manual process of answering emails and deciding which claims could be successful restricted Aviclaim from scaling their operations to handle even more claims.

      Our approach

      As their long-term partner, Qubiz developed an AI agent capable of classifying airline responses based on their probability of success.

      Using a ChatGPT integration, scanning and interpreting incoming airline responses is much more efficient. The agent now classifies email responses into categories such as “claim acceptance” or “claim rejection.
