Our challenge
Before our collaboration, Carradale Futures faced several critical issues that hindered their growth and efficiency. Their core staff was increasingly stretched between supporting clients and maintaining operational excellence, including creating standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Although documents existed, typically in PDF format, they were difficult to interpret and manually translate into actionable procedures on their internal platforms. This led to frustration among clients due to the lack of clear starting points.
